Trade show lead management
A food or ingredients fair can give you hundreds of conversations in a few days. Double Export gives each one a buyer record, a show tag, a Product Sheet and a follow up plan, so the leads are still warm when you get home.
Import the buyers you already know, create a tag for the show, build a Product Sheet for the range you are bringing and print its QR code for the stand.
Let visitors scan the QR code to open your sheet. Note what each serious buyer asked for, the product, volume and the next step you agreed.
Add every contact as a buyer with company, contact person, country, WhatsApp and email, tagged with the show and a priority.
Start a WhatsApp sequence or an email sequence for the show tag. WhatsApp sequences stop for anyone who replies.
When a buyer asks for a price, create the export order from their record and send it as a quotation.
Tag each buyer with the show where you met and where they stand. Filter by tag and country to see exactly who you met at a show and who still needs an answer.
Build a Product Sheet for the range you are showing, print its QR code for the stand and send the same link after the show. Double Export counts buyer views, so you can see when a sheet was opened.
Write the first message and the follow ups once, send them to everyone with the show tag, and let them go out on the days you set.

Anuga articles for exhibitorsIt's how an exhibitor records the people met at a show, sorts serious buyers from browsers, sends each one the product information they asked for and follows up until they order or say no. Most of the value of a show is decided in the weeks after it closes.
Not today. Add buyers by hand during or after the show, or import a CSV or Excel file, for example a list you typed up or an export from a lead retrieval service. Duplicate emails and phone numbers are caught, so an existing buyer is never overwritten.
Give every contact the show tag (for example SIAL Paris 2026) and one priority or status tag (for example Hot, Samples requested or Price requested). Tags become campaign audiences, so a follow up sequence for the show includes buyers you tag later.
WhatsApp sequences stop automatically for a buyer who replies. Double Export doesn't read your inbox, so for email you stop the sequence for that buyer from the campaign results.
No. Double Export doesn't have pipeline stages or forecasts. You track where each lead stands with tags and campaign results, and once a buyer asks for a price, with export order stages: draft, quoted, confirmed and completed.
Create a tag for the show, build a Product Sheet with a QR code for the stand, and have your follow up sequence ready before you fly.
